How do I create an invoice?+
Open the Invoices tab and tap the + button. Add a client, line items, tax and discount rules, then save it as a draft or send it directly.
How do I add clients from my phone's contacts?+
In the Clients tab, tap Import and choose 'From Contacts'. You'll be asked to grant contacts permission first — this is optional, and only the client you select is saved to Keipy.
How does AI invoice generation work?+
Type a short description of the job, or use voice input, and Keipy's AI will draft the line items, pricing, and notes for you to review and edit before sending.
What plans does Keipy offer?+
Keipy has a Free plan with monthly limits on invoices, clients, and AI credits, plus Keipy Pro and Keipy Business subscriptions with higher or unlimited limits, custom branding, recurring invoices, and a client portal.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, not inside Keipy directly. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Can I use Keipy with more than one business?+
Yes. You can create multiple businesses under one account and switch between them, each with its own clients, invoices, catalog, and team.
How do I invite my team?+
Go to Settings > Team, enter a teammate's email, and choose their role (Admin, Member, or Viewer). They'll receive an email invite to join your business.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. Don't have the app anymore? Visit our Delete Account page to request deletion by email instead.
Is my business data secure?+
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and stored with per-business access controls, so only you and your invited team members can see your business's data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What currencies does Keipy support?+
Keipy supports multiple currencies, including the Nigerian Naira (NGN), US Dollar, British Pound, and more, with a default currency per business and overrides per client.
